World of Warcraft
WoW

World of Warcraft is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed by Blizzard Entertainment.

Record holder

With peak of 12 million subscriptions in October 2010 and 5.5 million subscriptions in October 2015, World of Warcraft remains the world's most-subscribed MMORPG, and holds the Guinness World Record for the most popular MMORPG by the number of subscribers. More than 100 million accounts had been created over the game's lifetime.

Arena battles

World of Warcraft contains a variety of mechanisms for competitive player versus player (PvP) play. Most professional matches are played in Arenas. They are instanced areas in which teams of players can compete against each other in deathmatch-style PvP. Arena matches are available in two sizes: 2v2 and 3v3. Players battle it out until all the members of one team are defeated or choose to leave.

In early 2012 Blizzard Entertainment started its own series of tournaments for World of Warcraft, culminating in the 2012 Battle.net World Championship Global Finals. And since 2013 the company has started hosting the World of Warcraft Arena World Championship with an annual LAN final at BlizzCon and now you have a good opportunity to place your e-sport bets at WOW matches on gg.bet.
